At least if it’s the former she doesn’t have to change her costume, she could just let that baby hang out and distract opponents. I know if I were a Teen Titan supervillain, and I saw Raven coming at me with that thing, I would immediately surrender then ask to make amends for my years of crime by becoming her personal sex slave.
